Forbes magazine names Phoenix as a top 10 market

A July, 2011 Forbes article has named Phoenix among the top 10 cities projected to experience a "boom" in the near future. The Forbes article looked at many factors including projected population growth, and more important, projected job growth. A major driving force behind the Forbes projection is that it is widely believed the Phoenix will continue to experience an influx of highly educated, young adults due to the rapidly improving economic conditions of the city and state.
